• Contact me by email, text message, social media or through Skool
• Purchase a programme through Stripe
• Join Everfit or Skool
• Complete a coaching questionnaire or check-in

• Provide information about Strong Dads Fitness Club services
• Assess whether a programme is suitable for you
• Deliver training, nutrition guidance and coaching
• Process payments and manage programme access
• Provide customer support

These services process information according to their own privacy and security terms. I do not sell your personal information.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information may be kept for up to 12 months after the last contact.

Customer and transaction records may be kept for up to seven years where needed for accounting, legal or business purposes.

Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be removed.
